We will 'flow' through an improvers/intermediate level class before finishing with a short relaxation - a moment of calm before the madness of December sets in!
Please bring your own equipment to the workshop: a mat, yoga block, head rest (or small towel or cushion), a small Pilates ball and a band.
Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience and no current injuries or health issues that affect their movement (please get in touch if you are unsure the workshop is suitable for you).
