Join me for an extended class focusing on the breath, and how it can help us move more fluidly throughout the body, but especially throughout the spine. We will finish with a short relaxation to end the class.
Please bring your own equipment to the workshop: a mat, yoga block, headrest (or small towel or cushion), a small Pilates ball and a band.
Suitable for all except those with osteopenia/osteoporosis.
